I ordered from bedstu.com and the shoes themselves came in fine, so no real issue there. Maybe it’s just me, but I was expecting the packaging to feel a little nicer for the price. The box was a bit beat up and the overall presentation felt basic. Nothing was damaged, which I appreciate, but it didn’t really have that nicer unboxing feel I was hoping for.

I really liked the look of it when it arrived, but after a short time the leather started to crack and some of the stitching came loose. Maybe I just got a bad one, because it did seem nice at first

I ordered a pair of boots from Bed Stu and overall it went well. Got the tracking email fast, which was nice. Then it just kind of sat there for a couple days. No updates. So I was definitely wondering what was going on. The package did show up in good shape though, and the box wasn’t all beat up or anything. Took a little longer than I wanted, but not a huge deal. Good experience overall. Just not super quick.

I personally found the designs to feel a bit bulky and outdated for my taste. They might work for someone who likes that look, but for me, they just didn’t feel very modern or sleek.

When I tried asking about it, I felt like I just kept getting passed around instead of getting a clear answer. if the photos had been more accurate, I probably would’ve skipped them

Trying to use this site reminded me of helping my dad navigate old government pages, nothing was where I expected it to be, and every time I thought I was getting somewhere, the page would freeze. I ended up frustrated and still couldn’t find what I needed...

The boots are really nice overall, but the color is darker than it looked in the pictures. I still like them, just thought they’d be a little lighter, so...

I’m disappointed with Bed Stu. I tried to return my order and the whole process was way more frustrating than it needed to be 😕 Customer service took forever to get back to me, and when they did, the replies weren’t very helpful. I felt like I had to keep chasing them just to get basic info. For the price, I really expected better support. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

The selection felt Limited. I was hoping to find a few different boot styles, but most of them looked kind of the same, and a lot didn’t have my size either. Just a little Disappointing overall.

I was browsing shoes on bedstu.com the other night while half-watching TV, and at first the price seemed reasonable. I had a pair in my cart and was sort of talking myself into buying them, but once I got closer to checkout, the total didn’t feel like what I thought I was signing up for.

Maybe the extra costs were listed somewhere and I just missed them, but I don’t think it should take going through the whole checkout process to figure out the real price. I’m not trying to do math or hunt around for details when I’m just buying shoes.
I ended up closing the tab and not ordering. It wasn’t a huge dramatic thing, but I do wish the full total was shown more clearly upfront so there aren’t any surprises at the end

The shoes looked nice out of the box, but after about 10 minutes they started feeling really uncomfortable. The front was way too tight, while the heel felt loose and kept slipping, which was such a weird fit. I tried to give them a chance and thought maybe they’d break in, but they just made my feet hurt. I also contacted support about it and got transferred around, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.

I ended up keeping the boots, so overall it wasn’t a bad order, just not exactly what I thought I was getting.

The size was right, which was the biggest thing for me, and they fit fine when I tried them on. The only issue was the color looked lighter in person than it did in the pictures online.

Shipping was normal and nothing else really went wrong. I just wish the color had matched the photos a little better, because that part was kind of disappointing.

Tried to buy a pair of boots twice and my size was gone both times, even though the site made it look available. Annoying. I’m probably done checking.

It just felt a bit overpriced for what I ended up getting. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but I didn’t really feel like it was worth the money for me.

I really like how these shoes look, and they feel fine on regular dry pavement. But the grip is just okay. I slipped a little on wet tile, which made me question whether they’re really suitable for everyday wear. It’s not like they’re awful, but I do think shoes should be made with safer traction if people are expected to wear them out and about. They’re decent, but the soles definitely could be better.

I really do like how my Bed Stu boots look, and they’re comfortable enough for walking around, so I wanted to love them. But the weather resistance is kind of meh. Light rain? Fine, no big deal. But after walking through some actually wet streets, they started getting spotty and even felt a little damp, which was annoying. Like, for the price, I expected them to handle normal weather a bit better. Maybe they just need a waterproofing spray before you wear them out, but still. They’re not bad boots, I just wasn’t thrilled with how quickly they got weird in wet conditions.

I tried checking out and my card got declined twice, which was annoying but I figured okay, maybe it’s a glitch or something on my end. Then I checked my account and the charge was there anyway, so now I’m just sitting there confused because the site said the payment failed but my bank clearly didn’t get that memo. I contacted support hoping they’d clear it up, but they weren’t much help and I felt like I was just getting bounced around without a real answer. Frustrating experience overall

I followed their leather care instructions exactly, and somehow my boots still ended up dried out and stained. What was the point of the tips if they don’t actually protect the leather? When I reached out to customer service, they basically blamed me instead of helping. Frustrating, honestly. Would I buy from them again? Definitely not.
